We offer worldwide delivery in cooperation with Bpost.
What delivery options do I have?
You can have your purchase delivered to your home by Bpost (delivery cost depend on your country and will be charged during checkout).
Or you can pick up your order at KETLEER gallery for free.
What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer and varies on the destination.
Belgium: € 5,-
France, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Germany: € 12,-
Rest of Europe: € 15,-
United States of America: € 20,-
Canada & Australia: € 22,-

How can I track my parcel?
Most of the deliveries can be tracked online through the bpost.be website. If so, you will receive a tracking code with your confirmation e-mail.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable laws, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason. You may cancel or return your order from the date you place the order until 14 days after receiving the ordered items. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which will exclude delivery costs.
How can I return my purchase?
Items purchased at keteleer.com may be returned either to our gallery or by mail.
We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and provided we have received the items in the manufacturer’s packaging or, if unpacked, in perfect, undamaged condition. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change, in any case this will not generate any additional charges.
Costs for returns are at the expense of the customer. Responsibility for the delivery is also on the customer. Refunds will not be made until we have received the purchased product(s) in perfect condition, we suggest re-using the box it was delivered in.
